Avoid ejaculation 3-5 days before the test.
Do not consume alcohol and do not use sauna these days.
There are several ways to collect a semen sample: by masturbation, by sex with withdrawal before ejaculation. Ejaculate in the container.
Deliver the container at the body temperature during one hour after collection of the sample.
