Electronic messages with the results of the Analyzes performed are sent automatically (without the participation of the human operator) to the e-mail address indicated by the Patient at the time of registration, as an attached file in the format Adobe® PDF®. By indicating at the time of registration the patient's e-mail address, the Patient unconditionally accepts to receive the results of the Analyzes ordered at the e-mail address indicated. As the transmission of e-mail messages does not guarantee the full security of the media and the confidentiality of data, ALFA diagnostica does not guarantee the delivery of the results of the Analyzes, nor does it guarantee that Patient data will not be intercepted/read by third parties after sending them. In order to ensure the safety/confidentiality of the delivery of the Analysis results, the Patient undertakes to receive the Analysis results personally (or through a legal representative) in one of the ALFA diagnostica medical offices on paper, the message sent to the email address being informative regarding the execution of the order. In any case, the obligation to collect the results of the ALFA diagnostica Analyzes rests with the Patient. Failure to appear at the Laboratory on the date indicated in the Application/Order/Contract, etc. for performing laboratory tests, or subsequently, for the collection of the results of the ordered laboratory services (tests), deprives the Patient of the right to submit any claims regarding the non-delivery/non-execution of Orders.  \r\nAmong the reasons for not receiving the results of the Tests at the e-mail address indicated by the Patient, may be the following reasons:</div>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the Internet domain, to which the Patient's address belongs, fell into the “blacklists” (stop list, black mail list, etc.) of servers participating in unauthorized, malicious and periodic mass shipments;</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the security settings on the client's mail server prevent mass mailings;</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the patient's mailbox is crowded, blocked, or inaccessible;</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Patient mailbox set to receive messages smaller than 256,000 bytes.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The reasons for not receiving the results of the Analyzes at the e-mail address indicated by the Patient mentioned above are not limiting and there may be other reasons for not delivering / not receiving the results of the Analyzes at the e-mail address. \r\nIf the Patient has not received the message with the results of the Analyzes, he is obliged to appear in person at the Laboratory and to address within a reasonable time with a corresponding request, which is submitted personally to the email address info@alfalab.md or to call one of the phone numbers listed on <a href=\"http://www.alfalab.md/\">www.alfalab.md</a>. ALFA diagnostica does not guarantee the availability of call-center operators.
