Electronic messages with the results of the Analyzes performed are sent automatically (without the participation of the human operator) to the e-mail address indicated by the Patient at the time of registration, as an attached file in the format Adobe® PDF®. By indicating at the time of registration the patient's e-mail address, the Patient unconditionally accepts to receive the results of the Analyzes ordered at the e-mail address indicated. As the transmission of e-mail messages does not guarantee the full security of the media and the confidentiality of data, ALFA diagnostica does not guarantee the delivery of the results of the Analyzes, nor does it guarantee that Patient data will not be intercepted/read by third parties after sending them. In order to ensure the safety/confidentiality of the delivery of the Analysis results, the Patient undertakes to receive the Analysis results personally (or through a legal representative) in one of the ALFA diagnostica medical offices on paper, the message sent to the email address being informative regarding the execution of the order. In any case, the obligation to collect the results of the ALFA diagnostica Analyzes rests with the Patient. Failure to appear at the Laboratory on the date indicated in the Application/Order/Contract, etc. for performing laboratory tests, or subsequently, for the collection of the results of the ordered laboratory services (tests), deprives the Patient of the right to submit any claims regarding the non-delivery/non-execution of Orders.  \r\nAmong the reasons for not receiving the results of the Tests at the e-mail address indicated by the Patient, may be the following reasons:</div>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the Internet domain, to which the Patient's address belongs, fell into the “blacklists” (stop list, black mail list, etc.) of servers participating in unauthorized, malicious and periodic mass shipments;</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the security settings on the client's mail server prevent mass mailings;</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the patient's mailbox is crowded, blocked, or inaccessible;</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Patient mailbox set to receive messages smaller than 256,000 bytes.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The reasons for not receiving the results of the Analyzes at the e-mail address indicated by the Patient mentioned above are not limiting and there may be other reasons for not delivering / not receiving the results of the Analyzes at the e-mail address. \r\nIf the Patient has not received the message with the results of the Analyzes, he is obliged to appear in person at the Laboratory and to address within a reasonable time with a corresponding request, which is submitted personally to the email address info@alfalab.md or to call one of the phone numbers listed on <a href=\"http://www.alfalab.md/\">www.alfalab.md</a>. ALFA diagnostica does not guarantee the availability of call-center operators. In such cases ALFA diagnostica may extend the terms of execution of the Analyzes and / or provision of the Services during such circumstances, not more than 3 working days (and 14 working days in case of Genetic and Morphological Analysis). Card) is offered for free use and is the property of ALFA diagnostica.</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The card is an electronic key (carrying a unique combination, consisting of the card number and CVV code), which provides secure and personalized access to the personal office.</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The card is not a storage card and has a limited expiration date.</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The validity period of the Card and the discount size for each Card are established exclusively by ALFA diagnostica.</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Card may allow its holder, under the conditions established by ALFA diagnostica, to benefit from certain Services provided by ALFA diagnostica at a more advantageous price (with a reduction from the standard price for Analysis/Services that is in force at the time of payment by the Cardholder).</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">During sales promotion campaigns or promotions of any kind, discounts, offered in campaigns or promotions, and Card discounts do not add up.</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ALFA diagnostica may notify the holder of any changes (including, among others, regarding the validity term of the Card and/or the size of the discount) via www.alfalab.md, e-mail, telephone or other means without indicating the reasons.</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ALFA diagnostica may cancel the Card and/or cancel/reduce the discount at any time, without prior notice and without stating the reasons.</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The card is personal (from the moment the Cardholder is registered in the ALFA diagnostica information system) and cannot be transmitted for use to another person than the one for whom it was issued and registered in the ALFA diagnostica information system.</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The card is to be presented prior to order registration and calculation of the total cost of the selected Services.</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A lost Card may, at the discretion of ALFA diagnostica, be replaced with an equivalent one, provided that the holder or his authorized legal representative addresses ALFA diagnostica with a statement regarding the loss of the card within a reasonable time and presents the identity card, as well as a notarized power of attorney in the name of the representative (if the representative addresses ALFA diagnostica).  </li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ignorance of the rules of use of the Card is not a reason for claims by the Cardholder to ALFA diagnostica.</li>\r\n</ol>","description_clear":"The ALFA diagnostica personal plastic card (hereinafter -
